Hi there I had an sore lump on the hard palate in my mouth witch went right down to nearly nothing after antibiotics and steroids that I had to hold on the sore lump with my touge
It came back two weeks later and I had some more steroids but now it's gone flat

thanks for your query, i have gone through your question, the lump over the hard palate could be secondary to tooth infection you need to take radiograph like OPG and occlusal radiograph to rule out any periapical abscess or cyst...the lump in the tongue could be because of the enlarged circumvallate paillae or any fibroma or leimyoma or lipoma....consult a oral physician for complete examination and treatment...i hope my answer will help you...
