What Could Cause Recurred Vomiting, Nausea, Loss Of Appetite, Headache And Dizziness?

Hi, I am 27 years old. About 3 weeks ago, I vomited, felt really weak, felt nauseous, loss of appetite, had headaches and felt very dizzy. Now today, i have the same symptoms. It is extreme when I get up in the morning and I feel shaky.

I will be going to the doctor but would like to know what it could be?

Thanks.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting HCM.

You are 27 years old having history of vomitting, nausea, head ache and dizziness which has recurred now, more on getting up from bed.

Preliminary analysis looks like BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) which is a non dangerous condition which recurres ON/OFF with normalcy period, which causes dizziness, nausea especially in the morning change of position.

The other things we should bear in mind is Metabolic problems like Diabetes, other central nervous system disorders.

Till such time you meet Doctor in person, be SLOW in changing position and turning neck. Avoid alcohol in case if you have a habit of it.

Hope this helps !!!
