Be particular with your hygiene. Poor hygiene may contribute to recurrence. Take bath regularly & wash your clothes daily with Savlon or Dettol. Avoid wearing clothes on which you have sweated. Get it washed. Avoid intercourse for a few days. Make sure your partner is not having any type of active infection. Do not touch, scratch or squeeze as it may cause spread of infection.
It can be heat rash, atopic dermatitis, you can apply Salicylic ointment or take antihistamine. Sexually transmitted infection like herpes also manifest with similar symptoms. If tested positive, applying ointment Acyclovir on the affected area will give relief.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
