What Could Cause Recurrent Sore Throat, Cough And Fever After Suffering From Severe Bronchitis For Weeks?
I m a 38 year old male, who has been very healthy until now. 3 months ago, I had a cough (accompanied by several bouts of fever, sore throat, cold). When I went in to the ER, I was diagnosed with severe bronchitis. That lasted 6 weeks. Since then, I keep coming down with round after round of sore throat, cough, fever. Not sure what s going on. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks.
Hi welcome to health care magic forum. The reasons for so frequent recurance of the sore throat, and fever may be the allergy to many things, or the bacterial infection may be ressistant to the antibiotics you have used. You may need to have the culture and sensitivity of the throat swab. You also have to find the things allergic to you and avoid such things. I advise you to consult a chest physician for diagnosis and treatment. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to develop resistance. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
