What Could Cause Reddish Blotches On Back?

I discovered "Clusters of 6-7 Brown reddish blotches, each like half inch size (color looks like internal bleeding healing)" on my back right side of my neck one morning. it was not there a night before. doesn't hurt nor itches. I thought i hit somewhere while i slept. but It's been 3 weeks doesn't go away nor getting lighter. what is it?
Im worried if anything serious?
