What Could Cause Reduced Vision After Numbing Eyes And Having Secondary Glucoma Caused By Steroids?

My opthamologist numbed my eyes 5 days ago. My vision has not been the same since. I can see, but just not as well. I had cataract surgery over the summer and now have secondary glaucoma caused by the steroids. My vision has been great, but now not so much.
