What Could Cause Regular Headaches And Nosebleeds?
I am concerned as over the last few months I get regular headaches sometimes lasting days sometimes helped by painkillers but not for the majority. I feel sicky in morning but do not actually vomit. My appetite is normal. For a few months too the back of my head is constantly itchy, weeps and scabs. I have problems sleeping and just cannot remember the last time I had a proper night s sleep. My behaviour has changed in that I can be quite have a sudden surge of anger and impatient. Over the last week I have been getting a background buzzing / whirring sound in my ears and have had nosebleeds in the morning (not running from my nose just on blowing my nose but not very hard). My vision has been tested and is fine but I do experience like a clouding of my vision sometimes / difficulty focusing and my eyes are painful a lot of the time. I do work in the office environment but am conscious of adequate breaks for VDU screens.
First of all, you should measure your blood pressure and the ocular pressure. Because high blood pressure can cause nose bleeding. The disturbance of the body electrolytes can affect the inner ear causing whirring sounds and the lens and the cornea in your eyes, so you should do kidney function tests.
