General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to tinnitus. There are several causes of tinnitus which should get evaluated. For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with ENT surgeon for detailed clinical examination.

He may procure otoscopic examination, audiometry, computed tomography head as per evaluation. Meanwhile, avoid sudden head movements. In case of pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale
