Hello, I am very concerned.. My boyfriend and I became sexually active about a year ago.. I lost my virginity to him and he had only two previous partners that he slept with.. Anyways, sometimes I would notice he has tiny cuts and scars on the shaft of his penis beneath the head.. I continuously ask him to get it checked out and he always uses the same excuse, his excuse is that there isn t enough lubrication during sex which irritates his skin because it is being pushed back dry.. Can this be possible? If not what could be causing this? Can this be some form of an STD? Because we really don t use lubrication during sex.. Also can this be from his masturbating? He mentioned that he uses a cream neosporin I think for it and it goes away but it just comes back after sex.. Also his penis sometimes becomes red after sex is this normal as well? Thank you
