What Could Cause Severe Stabbing Pain In Stomach With Nausea During Sexual Intercourse With Being Free Of STDs?

During sex, i have been having horrible stabbing pains in my stomach. It lasts a minimum of 15 minutes afterwards also. But sometimes will last up to 45 minutes. I have been very nasious lately also. And not only during sex. Before i go to bed and when i wake up. But its more intense during sex. Along with the pain. I have been checked for stds but dont have any. I was just wondering what could cause this. I looked online a little and there was several different things. Cists. Pregnancy. Ect. I need answers. Please help..

Hi,
Pain during intercourse may occur in pelvic infections, endometriosis. Local infection like vaginitis can also lead to pain. Frigidity and vaginismus are other causes.
As you are having pain before going to bed and while waking up- pelvic adhesion ( fixing of ovary, uterus to surrounding structures like rectum, peritonium ) can cause similar type of symptoms
