What Could Cause Severe Weight Loss?

one of my friend drank Harpic toilet cleaner 9 months ago aged 16years he is in Hospital on liquid diet but his weight is loosing day by day. He is now 27 kg. could you please advise a good doctor in Mumbai where we can consult. He is a poor patient and we are trying to help him.

I really appreciate your concern, weight loss of your patient may not be due to toilet cleaner ingested some few months ago but it could be due to something else, you have not mentioned the clinical symptoms and other detail else something better could have been advised hope this information helps.
