What Could Cause Shivering At Midnight?

y do i shiver in coldat midnight for 3-4 minutes in summer season also? once/twice a month...i m lady of 32 ys...heighht 5 ft 3 inch.weight-66 khgs...non vegetarian.sometimes i have gas problems........after covering with blanket shivering stops/......why do i have this?
