What Could Cause Slight Bleeding From The Vagina During Defecation?

Hi there, I am really worried for the past two days I ve been passing a little blood from my vagina when I go poo. No pains afterwards. What could be the causes? Currently, I m taking laxatives detoxification to reduce on my belly. Could it be the cause?

Hello,

Sometimes, liver detoxification therapy causes withdrawal bleeding like periods for a few days in a month. To confirm bleeding due to liver detox therapy, get clinically examined by a GP. You may have to get a few tests and investigations done.

If the bleeding is not due to liver, it should be clinically examined by a Gynae, it could be due to hormonal imbalance, thyroid dysfunction, polyp, fibroid, endometriosis, etc. Get required blood tests and investigations done so that treatment can be started at the earliest. Get examined to rule out anal fissures and hemorrhoids. Get treated.
