What Could Cause Sore Throat, Red Spotty Bumps On Lips And Tingling Mouth?

Hi - I've had a sore throat for a few days now - maybe 5 - and in the last 24 hours i've noticed red spotty bumps appear on the inside of my lips, and my mouth feels like it's tingling all the time. Hard to drink hot liquids. Also feeling a bit run down and kind of emotional too, which feels v weird. Also noticed whitish coloration in the roof of my mouth with speckly red patches. Don't feel good at all.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here the chances of viral infection would be likely with allergic reaction, such condition need to treat with the symptomatic medicine alone and no need to worry about this, salt water gargling, Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg twice in day, Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
