I went for a routine std screen yesterday. I've been having stabbing stomach pains since then radiating to the right iliac fossa. They come and go and on palpating my abdomen myself while the periumbilical area is not sore the lower region is despite the stabbing pains being central Abdominal. Should I be concerned?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it could be colicky abdomen pain it may be nonspecific it can only be matter of concern when it long last and associated with other clinical symptoms like nausea, fatigue weakness else it is nothing to worry for pain you can try Tab Dicyclomine as per needed hope this information helps.
