Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Your history suggests that your son is suffering from acid peptic disease. CHANGE OF LIFE STYLE IS IMPORTANT. He should take frequent small bland diet. Avoid spices, chillies, coffee, tea, and alcohol/tobacco in any form. Proton pump inhibitors like pentaprozol daily for about 10 to 15 days may help.

It is a psychosomatic disease. Hence tension, worry, as well as stress in the office will perpetuate this problem. Mental peace is more important in controlling the disease.

Hope this answer will serve your purpose. Please feel free to ask any more queries if required.
Take care.
