What Could Cause Stomach Pain, Diarrhea And Back Pain?
Hi I have a really bad stomach ache that started this morning daihrrea like around 8am still have it. My whole back is hurting and I am feeling very weak. This whole thing just started today. I ate left over botana. With jalapenos that tastes kind of rotten.

It is due to gastrointestinal infection from contaminated food. Take antibiotic coverage of ofloxacin and ornidazole. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene and take adequate fluids. Till infection clears, you will relieve.
