This morning while I was sitting hve my morning cup of coffed I started to bleed. It was from my Labia.I held pressure on it until it stopped. I am 63 years old and had a hysterectomy at 35 years old for endometriosis. I have yearly female exams so what could be going on?
Sudden bleeding at the labia is commonly due to cut in the labia due to masturbating. You can hurt it with your nails or also with sex toys. If you are sexually active it can also be due to rough sex and dryness around your private organs. You should use water based vaginal lubricants during sex or self pleasuring. It will help you stay comfortable.
However, get clinically examined by a Gynae to detect any mole, pimple, polyp that may cause the symptoms that you are experiencing. You will accordingly be treated with antibiotics, analgesics, etc. Take care of your hygiene. Take bath regularly. Wear soft cotton clothes. If it is swollen, paining or burning you can apply ointment Neosporin or lacto-calamine lotion on the affected area. Stay away from addictions if any. Avoid any sexual activity for the time you are being treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
