Dear Doctor, I am a guy of 35 and measured 1 m 72 but has had a weight of 60 to 61 kg which was unfair.
But recently, i have become 58 kg. However, i eat quite much.

Hai,

Unexplained weight loss has got both medical and nonmedical causes.

If you loose weight more than 4 to 5kg in a month without on any decrease in your calorie intake and as well as increase in your physical activity then it should be addressed immediately. seesm to be medical cause.
if you find any physical and mental disturbance Like fatigue ,breathlessness on rest etc kindly visit a your physician for further assessment.take opinion from a general medicine expert.

Thanks And regards
Dr.S.Senthilnathan
