Hi,

Noted the history of waking up in the morning with headache on one side, instantly have to have bowel movement and there will be nausea throughout the day, gagging, yellow liquid vomiting and can not keep anything in the stomach.

This occurs once or twice in a month. This is indicative of a migraine with or without gastroenteritis wither of it being the cause of another which is difficult to say. I would advise you the following in such a condition:

During such an attack next time get the stool and blood tests as well as MRI or CT scan of the brain to rule out anything related to the brain. Once getting a proper diagnosis, get the treatment accordingly so that you may get a probable cure. Also identify the foods and beverages or factors such as stress and/or anxiety that instigate or enhance the factors so that they can be avoided. Prevention is better than cure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
