What Could Cause Swelling In Legs And Pain In Ankles?

my legs get swollen every night and my ankles hurt like a hell i cant keep my legs on the floor in evening. i walk on my toes. i got my kidney checked, i got my heart checked every thing is normal i dnt know what to do i changed 3 doctors but no medicines are helful... please help me out..please..

I recommend checking your venous system in your lower limbs by duplex ultrasound, it could be due to venous insufficiency.
