What Could Cause Swelling On Right Leg & Stomach?

hello i have got a question there a problem which has been cause during the last three weeks to one of my friend he get sweeling on his right leg and he get the sweeling on his stomagh to he is a sugar patient and the health condtion is a critical situation do u know how i could get a help in that case its urgently waiting for ur reply

As the swelling in the legs will be related to reduced venous return. So taking a diuretic under medical guidance will be good. Also, the stomach bloating may occur but it needs an assessment. Sometimes diabetic people may have high creatinine levels leading to abnormal symptoms. Check his creatinine levels and also blood sugar levels. Post that we can help him better.
