What Could Cause Swelling, Redness And Shine On The Lower Legs?
My husband s lower legs are swollen, red and shiny, the right worse than the left. He fell a couple months ago and broke 7 ribs. The Right leg has had serious trauma in the past from an auto accident 50 years ago. He has had the knee & hip replaced. What would cause the swelling, redness and shininess?
