What Could Cause Tightness Around The Throat?
i m female, 59 years old, saturday around 2am i started feeling my throat tightened like wanting to close, during the day i m fine, but come evening i start feeling throat tightened, sunday nite and monday nite i took 4 ibuprofens to b able to sleep and i did, what could b the problem? During the day i feel it

The symptoms described by you seems to be of Laryngopharyngeal Reflux secondary to Acid reflux. Also, the tightness could be because of stress. Best, is to get your throat and larynx examined by your doctor.
Avoid coffee/tea, smoking and alcohol (if any). Drink plenty of water.
