What Could Cause Tingling While Urinating And Numbness In Hand?

Car accident 3 yrs ago and started to leak for no reason which turned into incontinence, had lower back surgery 3 months ago and now I am not emptying my bladder completely, last two days tingling when urinating but also servere numbness in right hand. Also had R carpel tunnel decrompression 3 months agio.

I really appreciate your concern the history of accident and the present complain of urine problem and tingling sensation are nothing to do with each other, in my opinion it is better to get done the urine examination routine and microscopic, this could clear the doubt infection tingling sensation is also not related with urine problem more or less this could be nonspecific, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
