What Could Cause Twitching Of Eyelid?

My eyebrow and eyelid have been twitching on and off for 2 weeks, I had a skin irritation one day around the time that the twitching started and now in the same area near the eyebrow and temple I have a hard bump under the skin that hurts and feels like but is probably not a deep pimple. What's going on?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having twitching of the eyelids associated with a bump under the skin.
Twitching of the eyelids is because of irritation of the facial nerve leading to spasm of orbicularis oculi.
The treatment is by control of inflammation by use of anti-inflammatory drugs in your case.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
