What Could Cause Unexplained Dizziness, All Tests Came Clear?

This is regarding my mother. She started feeling dizziness all the time. Previously we thought this might be due to lack of nutrients. But after though check ups we understood that this is not the case. What could be the reason and what steps we should take now??? Please help
