What Could Cause Urine Incontinence In Small Quantities And Frequently?
sir, my urine comes out automatically every time. I keeps coming out in very less amount always and wets my underwear. Its not in my control. Even when I am not asleep it keeps on coming out. I have to change my underwear every 4-5 hours. Please tell me why it happens.
Before I comment I would like to know ur age and sex. Urinary incontinence is more common in females. If continuous, it can be due to ectopic ureter in young females or iatrogenically caused vesico-vaginal fistula in females post surgery. If incontinence is due to cough or heavy work, it can be stress urinary incontinence in elderly women. If associated with frequency or urgency or dysuria, it can be UTI or OAB. In males in elderly age, it is overflow incontinence due to Bladder outlet obstruction. Plz let me know symptoms and ur age and sex, before I comment further.
