Hi,

According to your history the possible causes of the discharge are:
- Physiological leucorrhea, during intercourse due to the secretion of the bartholin glands physiological leucorrhea can be seen
- Sometimes seminal fluid can come out of the vagina after intercourse.
- Pelvic infection

If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of your ovulation, the possibility for pregnancy cannot be excluded. Using a vaginal wash with pH 3.5 to 4.5 can help in decreasing the physiological leucorrhea and related symptoms. If problem still persist, you may need to get examined once. In case of pelvic infection local and systemic antibiotics can help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
