What Could Cause Vaginal Itch, Swollen Clitoris Hood And Lumps Indicate?
I have had external vaginal itching for a few weeks, initially I had some white discharge so assumed it was thrush. I took an oral thrust treatment as well as using cream. The itching is much worse at night and on inspection my clitoral hood is swollen on one side only and it feels like there are lumps under the skin. Can you advise what it could possibly be?
