Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
For the last month or so, I've been experiencing a vibration feeling ( like a cell phone set on vibrate), in my upper left quad abdomen. There isn't any pain associated with it. Almost always happens after a meal but occasionally occurs without eating. Length of vibrating sensation time varies. I'm a 55 yo male. 6'3 200 healthy outside of the usual sore muscles from over doing it with yard work or from working out. I've never had any surgeries. I have never been diagnosed with any ailment/disease that would require a long term prescription. Any suggestions what would cause this type of symptom?
HI Thank for asking to HCM This is involuntary muscles twitching and this may aggravate with your bizarre thinking this is functional in origin, you have to control your thoughts and keep your stress level low, emotional disturbances may also cause this, this is nothing to worry this would come around soon, take care and have nice day.
