What Could Cause Watery White Discharge After Taking Plan B?
Hello.I had intercourse on sept.13th and had taken plan b one step 28 hours after the incident.A day after taking the pill I started to get an egg white-like discharge as well as white,watery discharge.I did some reasearch and found that clear,egg white-like discharge means I m ovulating and this type of discharge is extremely fertile.My last period ended on sept.4th.I have very irregular periods,therefore it s very hard to keep track of them.My question is, does the discharge mean plan b ones step isn t working on me?thank you.

Hello,
It’s just a mucus discharge and it does not contain ova and it is not a fertile discharge either. In fact, emergency pills produce thick mucus rich discharge to prevent, fertilization and makes uterus unfavorable for implantation. If you are worried you can do a urine pregnancy test after two weeks.
