I am 20 years old, I have this little white spot on my tonsil and it has gone away and came back over a period of a year. Today I have it and I was driving and all the sudden got an over whelming headache in between my eyes and in the back of my head and got a lightheadness spell and had to pull over. I looked in the rear view mirror at myself and noticed my pupils were extrememly small....much smaller then normal and I got very flushed skin. I have been nausaus ever since and cold.
