What Could Causes Delay In Periods ?

iam 32yesrs old and my periods got delayed. My periods has to take place on 5th July 2012 not happened till date 21July2012, had intercourse on 13th and 25th of june 2012. i went for home preganacy test but got negative result. what may be the reason and should i go for pregnancy test once more.

Get your thyroid tests done along with ultrasound of pelvis to see any pathology inside pelvis, wait for 1 more week for these tests.
