What Could Causes Negative Result In Urine Test For Pregnancy?

My name is Samantha and I am 21 . I recenty had a extremely bad headache along with vomiting. Althought Im on my menstrual cycle I took a pregnancy test in the morning and it was positive. Later that day I went to the ER because I was worried about the bleeding, But when they took a urine test it was negative. I don't know what is going on. Can you help me?

Hello. Thanks for asking Healthcare Magic.Well if your are having normal menstrual cycle there is very less chances of pregnancy,but sometime normal implantation bleeding which is usually very mild is confused with menstruation.In very early days of pregnancy its possible to have first morning urine test positive and later on day negative because body have less amount of hcg in early days .so i will suggest u to repeat urine pregnancy test after 2 days .
