What Could Causes Ongoing Stomach Pain, Yellowish Stools, Indigestion, And Loss Of Appetite After A Recent Rim Job?

I have a rim job at night about 6 days ago and immediately the day after I started getting stomach pains and then I got a low grade fever which only lasted 1 night. It’s now about 6 days later and I still have soft yellowish poop, indigestion, and loss of appetite, some gas and minor stomach discomfort I feel very bloated right after eating. What could this be and what should I do, I’m embarrassed to go to the doctor about it.
