Hello,

You are advised not to dye your hair and not to use any beauty products for hair that have chemical ingredients. Pinched nerve in the neck, and poor posture can cause such symptoms. Maintain healthy posture and do stretch exercises for relief. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and exposure to strong smell. Migraine also causes the symptoms that you are experiencing.

To prevent migraine, you are advised to stay well hydrated and do not skip meals. Take 8 hours of quality sleep and avoid taking food or drinks that trigger migraine. Keep your scalp clean, certain infections can cause such symptoms like common cold, sinusitis or shingles. Underlying medical conditions like MS or diabetic neuropathy can also cause similar symptoms.

Get clinically examined by a GP or dermatologist. If diabetic, control your blood sugar level at all costs. You can take sumatriptan (Imitrex) to get relief. You will be given conservative treatment and physical therapy. Switch to healthy lifestyle.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
