What Could Chronic Lower Abdominal Pain And Thick Brown Discharge Indicate?
Hi when iv bin to wee n wipe my self on the tissue thers dark brown mucus discharge? I also bin sufferin sharp pains low dwn. An also bin diagnosed wi pid but my doctor said its summert iv got 2 suffer wi as iv bin treated wi antibiotics in past bt I just carnt cope wi the pain anymore iv ad it 4 1yr half nw.

Your symptoms match with that of PID. A physical examination by a gynecologist and vaginal swab culture and sensitivity test. Followed by a suitable treatment for a sufficiently long period, this would cure your PID.
