What Could Circular Abrasion On Penis Be?

I have 3 small circular abrasions on my penis. 2 on the shaft and one just below the back side of my penis head. I do masturbate often and felt a slight burn in those areas when using a baby oil for lubrication. I also have sex frequently, but with only one partner. And as fas as I know I am her only partner as well. They do not bleed and a mildly sensitive to the touch. Can you tell me what this could be.

Abrasion over penile shaft are mostly due to vigorous sexual activities (Masturbation or intercourse).

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
