Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It looks from your details that the lumps which you have described are enlarged lymph node at your groin. This can be due to infection in its draining area which is your leg and genitalia region. There are many other reason for its enlargement. I advise you to consult to your doctor for a complete examination and blood investigation so that exact reason can be ruled out.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
