What Could Constant Itching With Bumps On Skin Of Whole Family Suggest?

Hi, my family and I are experiencing a daily itch in our home. It's something in the air that's causing this. It's not dust mites nor bed bugs. There's constant itching, looks like small skin tone protruding bumps on different parts of the body but mainly on the hands and feet. My body feels like there's small needles poking me. I have bumps on my buttons mostly near the anus. I was prescribed clobetasol propionate, but it's not curing it only temporary relief but then the itching and scratching returns.

Sincerely

desperate one

Good day and thanks for your question. Definitely there is something in the house or surrounding that you and your family are reacting to. Did you just move to another location? You still have to find out what is responsible for the itching. Has this type of itching ever occurred before? You can add Loratadine tablet 10mg daily. If itching persists, please kindly see a dermatologist.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.
