What Could Constant Urge For Urination With Dribbling Urine Without Free Flow Suggest?

I have the urge to go to the bathroom, but when I do it just dribbles out, hardly having a normal flow. I thought drinking more liquids would help, but it hasn t. I recently had blood and urine tests and all was OK. I have no pain, but feel the need to push down to get the urine out.

hello sir,
your question is much appreciated, though a litle more details about your age and symptom details would help more.Nevertheless, your symptoms seems like urgency,hesitency,frequency....which are common with bladder outlet obstructions. The cause needs to be evaluated which can be due to benign prostatic hyperplasia, neurogenic bladder, stone disease etc.
so i would suggest u to consult a uologist for further management
thank you
