What Could Constipation, Bleeding While Passing Stools, Spitting Up Blood And Lightheadedness Indicate?
Hi, For the past week I ve had terrible constipation, and more severe within the last two days - Yesterday I bled from hard stools and today the stools are quite softer but yet I am still bleeding. I woke up spitting out dry blood, and occasionally I am still spitting it up in small amounts. I am very fatigue and light headed. Can someone please help me?

From history it seems that due to passing hard fecal material there might be soreness or fissure in ano giving rise this problem.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Avoid constipation.
Take mild laxative daily at night.
Ok and take care.
