What Could Dark Brown Bleeding During Periods With Brown Dirt Discharge From Vagina Lips After Treatment For BV Mean?

I had a bv and I have just got done taking my meds about 5 days ago. I am now on my cycle and the blood is dark brown. What could this be? Also I noticed when I wake up in the morning I have brown dirt like coming off of my vagina lips. What does this mean?? Please help .

There is nothing much to worry about the condition as this can be due resolving state of infection with hormonal causes , thyroid profile is essential.
