What Could Dark, Little Raised Patch On Right Hand Indicate?

I'm 21 and healthy as far as I know, the robed day a dark patch showed up on my right hand about a quarter of size. It doesn't hurt and it is hardly raised. I noticed at the same time that I have been very sensitive around smokers and caugh a lot. I'm not sure if this is related. But the hand concerns me more. What could it be?

Dear I read your scenario. It is Acne Vulgaris. You should apply ACDERMINE GEL on affected area at night. Also you should use ACK DERM SOAP for washing the hands. If it is large enough then you should do cautry of this Acne Vulgaris with local anaesthetic like lignocain.thanks for asking. If you have any problem regarding this issue then you can ask otherwise you should go to a dermatologist near to you.
