A few years ago, I noticed a dark spot, almost like a birth mark, on my labia. It has never itched or caused me any discomfort, but it wasn t always there which concerns me. Should I consult my primary doctor about it or is there a simple explanation?
It may be melanocytic nevus. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis. It is a benign condition commonly known as mole. At present you would not have any problem. In future it may be kept under watch for conversion into malignant melanoma.
I hope this would help you.
Thanks.
