What Could Delayed Periods, Abdominal Pain But Negative Pregnancy Tests Indicate?

Hey so I was just wondering If I may be pregnant. First off I had my last weird period December 6-12 (very light 6,7 heavy 8,9 and back to very light 10,11,12; I'm normally heavy for the first few days and last two I usually have brown discharge) I did have unprotected sex on my fertile days but he did pull out. I have a regular cycle and I've been tracking my period on a app and it says I should've gotten it Jan. 2nd(app is usually accurate on predicting my period) it is now jan 10th and I still haven't gotten it. I've been having slight lower left abdominal pain and I currently feel like I'm getting a cold. It sucks I took a few pregnancy tests a few days ago all with negative result. Can you please help me out...I'm freaking out since I'm only 20 & I'm not ready for a baby.

The abnormal menstrual period you had experienced could be due to some transient hormone imbalance and this is again the likely reason for the delayed period. Since you had unprotected intercourse during the fertile days, your chances of conception are high if you did ovulate during this cycle. You should get either a HPT 3-7 days after the missed period, if you did your tests early or go for the assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres for an earlier and better clarification.
