The dents on the thigh could be a manifestation of striae which can occur post pregnancy as a result of weight gain followed by weight loss .Topical medications like tretinoin can be applied over the affected area at night along with topical Vitamin E preparations in the morning .Surgical procedures like Platelet rich plasma therapy can also be done.Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
