What Could Diarrhea Loss Of Appetite Suggest?

I am 22 yr guy and due to stress i havent eaten much latley and 2 days ago i was vomiting bile with immense chills and diahrea and then yesterday just thr bloated and no appitite and stomach pain. Also i havent peed more than 5 times in the past 2 or 3 days and have drank over 10 16oz glasses of water through yesterday and the day before alone and gatorade today. what is wrong?

Hello,

Possible causes for your problem is viral fever with gastrentritis or peptic ulcer disease or inflammatory bowel problems or irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerance or food poisoning, etcetera.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Avoid dairy products and gluten containing food.

Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms do not improve, please consult your gastroentrologist who will examine and treat you accordingly.
