i have a blood pressure of 169/90 but is on medication. i keep feeling dizzy and few nights ago i felt as if my head was really very heavy as if somebody trying to pushed it do. i felt nuseous. and i hava a history of satroke 2 years ago. please advise.

What type of stroke you had and yes there are chances I'm this blood pressure to develop stroke again you should have ct brain plain and base line blood tests in ER
